What advice would you give to your teenage self?
- Be kind to yourself: Don’t be too hard on yourself. Everyone makes mistakes and experiences failures. Learn from them and move on.
- Focus on your strengths: Don’t compare yourself to others. Everyone has their own unique strengths and weaknesses. Discover your own strengths and work on improving them.
- Stay curious and keep learning: Learning is a lifelong process. Stay curious and keep exploring new things. It will help you grow as a person.
- Take care of your physical and mental health: Take care of yourself physically and mentally. Eat well, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep. Take care of your mental health by finding healthy coping mechanisms, talking to trusted people when you feel down or stressed, and practicing self-care.
- Follow your passion: Pursue your interests and passions, even if they don’t seem practical. It’s better to pursue something you love than to settle for something that doesn’t fulfill you.
- Be true to yourself: Stay true to your values and beliefs. Don’t change yourself to fit in with others or to please them.
- Build strong relationships: Build strong and healthy relationships with people who support and inspire you. These relationships will help you through tough times and celebrate your successes with you.
- Don’t be afraid to ask for help: Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. Don’t hesitate to ask for help when you need it, whether it’s from friends, family, or professionals.
